Rule 80
Order Of The Inspector To Be Followed
-
(1) The licensee shall abide by the  order issued by the Inspector under the Act and these Rules in connection
with the survey, production, transmission or distribution of Electricity.
(2) The licensee, who does not satisfy with the order issued by the Inspector pursuant to sub-rule (1), may file a complaint to the Secretary and  the order issued by the Secretary in this regard shall be final.
